Specific Catalog

Customer Specific Catalog: Business to Business merchants can customize offerings based on type of customer. For example, a merchant selling apparel and uniforms to restaurants and security personnel businesses can set up their site so only items relevant to a particular industry can be viewed - such as cruise line customers can only see cruise line apparel.
Self-Service Returns Management: A new module - this provides functionality for self-service returns. Store managers can set return policies for various return reasons. For example a store manager may choose to bear the cost of shipping if an item was received damaged but choose to have the customer bear the cost if the customer simply changes their mind. In addition, merchants can set different validity periods for returns for the different return reason codes.
"In this tough economy a strong e-commerce strategy becomes even more relevant as it is a path for adding significant revenue to business operations with very little incremental costs," added Walia.
